Accessing Your Account
Please note, you need a PIN to access your Library Account Information. You can ask for your PIN at the Circulation Desk the next time your are in the library or through email. Please include your name and library barcode number.
IRIS (Internet Resources Integrated System) is the online Card-Catalog for the Cleveland Bradley County Public Library as well as 16 other public libraries within the Fort Loudoun Regional Library District.
By accessing your account online, you will be able to:
- Find out the due date of the items you have checked-out.
- Check for overdue materials or late fees.
- See the status of materials that you may have on hold.
- Renew books, audio-books, or CD's checked out.
All you need to access your account is a valid library card and your PIN number. If you do not know your PIN, inquire at the Circulation Desk the next time you come to the library or email the library. (If you email your request, please include your name and library card number.)
To access your account:
- Go to the IRIS Catalog: http://www.fortloudoun.org/uhtbin/cgisirsi/x/0/0/57/49?user_id=cle
- Click on the "My Account" button from the menu bar below the IRIS logo.
- Click on "Review My Account".
- Enter your fourteen digit barcode (without spaces) located on your library card when prompted for your "User ID"
- Enter your PIN as prompted.
- Click on the "Display User Information" button.
To renew items on your account:
- Go to the IRIS Catalog: http://www.fortloudoun.org/uhtbin/cgisirsi/x/0/0/57/49?user_id=cle
- Click on the "My Account" button from the menu bar below the IRIS logo.
- Click on "Renew My Materials".
- Enter your fourteen digit barcode (without spaces) located on your library card when prompted for your "User ID"
- Enter your PIN as prompted.
- Click on the "List Charged Items" button.
- Click inside the box under the "Renew?" column to select the items you wish to renew.
- Once you have selected all the items you wish to renew click the "Renew ltems" button at the bottom of the list.
- Take note of the new due date which will appear by each item you've renewed. We suggest that you write in the new due date on the Due Date slip in the back of your item(s).
NOTE:
- You can only renew 3-week items (no new fiction or videos).
- You cannot renew if you have any items overdue or if you have late fees.
- You cannot renew if you have more than 9 items checked-out on your account.
- You cannot renew any item more than twice online.
